Pain and humiliation at a DRs office

MY FANTASY:  to experience pain and humiliation at a doctor's office  

POOF!
In a cloud of smoke, a Genie appears in front of me, and intones,
"I am the Genie of Fantasy.  I can not make you rich or famous, but I CAN put you into any fantasy world you wish.  You can stay in the fantasy world as long as you want... you can say the words, "Teenie Genie, take me home" or if you fall asleep, you'll return to this real world, and only one minute in real time will have passed."
I eagerly tell him what I want.
POOF!

Wife sent me to a doctor's office, with strict orders to do whatever I'm told.

On arrival, I was told to strip naked...
and get up on the table, on my back.
My legs were spread and I was briskly paddled...

Then I was told to roll over, and get on my knees, head down, 
and I was given a thorough anal examination.

Then I was told to get off the table, bend over the table and
each nurse took a turn pegging my ass.

They finished with  me, and left the room to check on another patient.
I closed my eyes.
Poof! I was home.
